Acorn provides high value virtual services through fully integrated offerings that include audio, video and presentation materials to maximize the viewing experience.

EventCast; a live broadcast capability that allows users to view sessions as they happen and ask questions of the presenter live through interactive messaging capability. Acorn's one click solution gives you the ability to reach the world with virtual conferencing. Imagine allowing members, staff or clients who are unable to be there in person the ability to attend your event through a fully supported live Internet Eventcast.

Event Archive; provides a cost effect access to materials after the fact to members, staff, clients or others who were not able to attend an event or who missed a particular session and want to see it after the fact. This offering provides many of the benefits of Eventcast, only after the actual live session. Everything is the same except the ability to ask questions of the presenter is eliminated. This offering allows users to view sessions at their convenience through the client "white labeled" Acorn portal 24/7.

Acorn utilizes broadcast capable camera operators in conjunction with our internet capability to maximize the quality of the broadcast, without having the incur the expense the traditional "broadcast" capability.

EventCast broadcasts can also be packaged for Event Archive, with no incremental effort required for subsequent viewing.

The offering is unique in the field because it combines not only the development and hosting of content, but the addition of a robust, user specific back-end delivery system for testing, reporting and program analysis.

Also, unlike other service offerings, Acorn Global has developed a unique position allowing us to deliver full multi-media to users in remote or global locations where higher bandwidths are unavailable.

You can undertake a static presentation with slides; do a program simulation; or do a mix of the two if desired.

Acorn offers a complete set of capabilities through unique client portals including user registration; instant material access, secure on-line purchasing, question and answer capabilities; user testing for content and certification needs; and client reporting.

Sponsorship Opportunity Development:

Acorn Global works with Association clients to develop sponsorship opportunities as revenue generators. Acorn assists our clients to package event materials for provision to target groups, identify the value proposition and engage with perspective sponsors.

The net result is an opportunity that generates revenues for the Association or event, provides materials to a membership or target audience FREE or at a lower cost than otherwise possible and provides the sponsor with true value for their sponsorship dollars.

Applicability: Association, Society or Research organizations with high value content and the ability to identify and develop sponsor relationships where we can add real value to the sponsor for their sponsorship dollars.

Market Program Development:

Acorn Global works with corporate clients and/or prominent speakers to develop a market program for corporate clients that can put content of interest to a market segment in front of them for informational or educational purposes, while promoting the corporate client.

Get your clients or perspective clients attention while offering them something of value to them in return FREE of charge.

Acorn Global will design the program, prepare the content, deliver the content and monitor program results on behalf of our clients.

Applicability: Corporate clients such as pharmaceutical companies who are interested in providing something of educational or informational value to their target audience as a means to further their own objectives without having to incur travel and other expenses to bring people together all the time.

Shared Content Programs:

Acorn Global is engaged in the development of "communities" or "cooperative" groups who can share content developed within the group with common needs or interests. This typically involves educational based content with the core participants sharing both content and the potential revenues from the sale of content to third parties.

Applicability: Health Care; Municipal services such as fire, police and EMS.

Consulting:

Based on our extensive knowledge of the virtual space derived from the development of our internal offering and knowledge gained from working with organizations moving into the virtual area across North America, Acorn provides it's clients with select consulting services.
